I bought the MFT Stitched Flowers dies a while back and have been waiting for a good time to play with them. When I saw this week's sketch at Atlantic Hearts I knew it would be a good time to practice with the various flowers. Some flowers are multiple layers while others are single layers all cut from shades of blues from the coordinating papers. I added leaves from the stitched flowers die and sprigs from the sprightly sprigs die by Verve. The papers are DCWV Linen Closet matstack and cardstock matstack. The sentiment was stamped in Versamark and embossed in white. The card was finished by adding Nuvo drops to the flower centers in glitter white blizzard, glitter emerald city, and crystal ivory seashell. TFL

Love the plaid and texture of the background papers. Your cascade of flowers are beautiful and great choice of colors. Thanks for sharing this with us at AHSC this week.
ReplyDeleteYou card has won my heart! I love plaid and adore those stitched florals...two things I use all the time. The soft colors you chose are ever so pretty, and I love the dainty sprigs peeking out from the floral cascade. Great use of the Atlantic Hearts Sketch.
